The Society of Process Engineers (SPE), convened by Fundamental Works, uses your information to run this website and help members explore opportunities. Contact us at spe@logosfund.com.

Information we use

We collect your name, email, LinkedIn profile, any additional profile information you provide, preferences, introduction requests, company participation enquiries, and messages or bug reports. We may connect your verified email to an existing SPE/Logos contact record. Our services also process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information, sign-in activity, and email delivery records, to operate and protect the site.

How we use and share it

We use this information to manage your account, understand your interests, respond to requests, arrange introductions, and maintain the service. Your profile is not public. We ask your permission before sharing it with a company. Joining does not automatically subscribe you to the newsletter.

Our service providers process information for these purposes: Attio for contact records, Supabase for sign-in and website data, Vercel for hosting, and Resend and Microsoft for email. Google Fonts receives technical information when your browser loads fonts. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where providers operate. We do not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect the service and its users.

Cookies and browser storage

We use essential cookies to verify your email and keep you signed in, and session storage to return you to the opportunity you selected. Blocking these may prevent sign-in from working. We do not use advertising cookies. Browser “Do Not Track” signals do not change the site’s operation.

Your choices and deletion requests

You can update your profile, job-search status, and newsletter preference in your account. To request access, correction, account closure, or deletion of your personal information, email spe@logosfund.com. We may need to verify your identity. We handle requests according to applicable law and explain any information we must retain.

Retention and updates

We retain information as needed to provide SPE’s services, maintain contact and request records, honor communication preferences, and meet legal or security obligations. Retention depends on the information and its purpose; backup copies may remain until their normal expiry. We will post policy changes here and update the date above, with additional notice where required.
